ROUND-UP: Lenten Studies for 2017

With this being my fourth year of curating small group studies for Lent, I’ve managed to feature most of the major Catholic publishers’ lectionary-based Lenten studies (which I’ve updated for 2017 and you’re welcome to take a look at here, here and here). This year, I thought I’d also include some options that weren’t based on the Sunday readings, but could work just as well during the season of Lent.

The first Sunday of Lent is March 5, 2017, so some groups may be meeting as early as Sunday, February 26. As in years past, this post is not about providing an exhaustive list, but to give you an idea of what’s out there. To read about how to effectively promote your Lenten small groups, check out this post. If you’re looking for a film-based Lenten study based on Year A readings, check this post out (originally written for Year A, 2014).
